الغرض من التطبيق

موفو أداة تقنية تساعد المستخدم على التعامل مع روابط عامة مدعومة وعرض خيارات الوسائط المتاحة. التطبيق لا يستضيف المنصات الخارجية ولا يملك المحتوى المنشور عليها.

مسؤولية المستخدم عن المحتوى

باستخدام موفو، يقر المستخدم بأنه مسؤول عن الروابط التي يرسلها وعن التأكد من امتلاكه الحق أو الإذن اللازم للوصول إلى المحتوى أو تنزيله أو حفظه أو مشاركته. يجب احترام حقوق النشر والعلامات التجارية والحقوق الأخرى وشروط المنصات والقوانين المعمول بها.

الاستخدامات المحظورة

  • تنزيل أو توزيع محتوى بطريقة تنتهك حقوق الملكية الفكرية للآخرين.
  • استخدام التطبيق للوصول إلى محتوى خاص أو محمي أو غير مصرح للمستخدم بالوصول إليه.
  • التحايل على أنظمة الحماية أو القيود التقنية أو القانونية.
  • استخدام الخدمة بصورة آلية أو مسيئة تؤثر على استقرارها أو أمانها.

عدم الارتباط بالمنصات الخارجية

موفو آبس ليست تابعة للمنصات أو المواقع الخارجية التي قد يتعامل المستخدم مع روابطها، ولا يعني دعم رابط عام وجود شراكة أو اعتماد من تلك المنصة.

توفر الخدمة

قد تتغير إمكانية معالجة بعض الروابط أو تتوقف بسبب تغييرات تقنية أو قانونية أو تغييرات في المنصات الخارجية. لا نضمن استمرار دعم كل مصدر أو جودة أو صيغة في جميع الأوقات.

Purpose of the app

Movo is a technical tool that helps users work with supported public links and view available media options. The app does not host third-party platforms and does not own content published on them.

Prohibited uses

  • Automated or abusive use that harms service stability or security.

No affiliation with third-party platforms

Movo Apps is not affiliated with third-party platforms or websites whose public links may be processed. Support for a public link does not imply partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement by that platform.

Service availability

Support for certain links may change or stop because of technical, legal, or third-party platform changes. We do not guarantee that every source, format, or quality will remain available at all times.
