توضح هذه السياسة كيفية تعامل تطبيق موفو، المقدم من موفو آبس، مع البيانات عند استخدام التطبيق. لا يتطلب موفو إنشاء حساب لاستخدام وظائفه الأساسية.
الروابط التي يرسلها المستخدم
عندما يختار المستخدم تحليل رابط عام مدعوم، يتم إرسال الرابط إلى خدمة المعالجة اللازمة لتنفيذ الطلب وتحديد الوسائط وخيارات التنزيل المتاحة. لا نستخدم الروابط التي يرسلها المستخدم لإنشاء ملفات تعريف شخصية أو لبيعها لأطراف أخرى.
البيانات التقنية وطلبات الشبكة
عند الاتصال بخدمات موفو قد تتم معالجة بيانات تقنية اعتيادية مرتبطة بطلبات الإنترنت، مثل عنوان الإنترنت، وقت الطلب، نوع الجهاز أو نظام التشغيل، ومعلومات تقنية لازمة لتشغيل الخدمة وحمايتها ومنع إساءة الاستخدام. قد تحتفظ أنظمة الاستضافة بسجلات تقنية لفترة محدودة لأغراض الأمان والتشغيل ومعالجة الأعطال.
الملفات والتنزيلات
يتم حفظ الملفات التي يختار المستخدم تنزيلها على جهازه وفقًا لإعدادات أندرويد والصلاحيات التي يمنحها المستخدم. وقد يحتفظ التطبيق على الجهاز بسجل محلي للتنزيلات لتسهيل الوصول إليها. لا تقوم موفو آبس بتحميل مكتبة الفيديو المحلية الخاصة بالمستخدم إلى خوادمها لمجرد عرضها داخل التطبيق.
الأذونات
يطلب موفو فقط الأذونات اللازمة للوظائف المتاحة في الإصدار المستخدم، مثل حفظ أو الوصول إلى الملفات التي اختار المستخدم تنزيلها عندما يتطلب نظام أندرويد ذلك. يمكن للمستخدم إدارة الأذونات من إعدادات الجهاز.
الخدمات الخارجية
قد يعتمد التطبيق على خدمات تقنية خارجية ضرورية للتشغيل، مثل خدمات الاستضافة أو خدمات أندرويد وجوجل بلاي. قد تعالج هذه الجهات بيانات تقنية وفق سياسات الخصوصية الخاصة بها. لا تبيع موفو آبس البيانات الشخصية للمستخدمين.
المحتوى وحقوق الملكية الفكرية
موفو أداة تقنية للتعامل مع الروابط العامة التي يختار المستخدم إدخالها. لا يستضيف موفو المحتوى الأصلي المنشور على المنصات الخارجية، ولا يدّعي ملكيته، ولا يمنح المستخدم حقوقًا في محتوى لا يملكه.
يتحمل المستخدم مسؤولية التأكد من أن لديه الحق أو الإذن اللازم للوصول إلى المحتوى أو تنزيله أو حفظه أو مشاركته، والالتزام بحقوق الملكية الفكرية وشروط المنصات والقوانين المعمول بها. لا يجوز استخدام موفو لانتهاك حقوق الآخرين أو للتحايل على القيود القانونية أو التقنية.
الأمان
نتخذ إجراءات تقنية معقولة لحماية الخدمة والحد من إساءة الاستخدام. ومع ذلك، لا توجد وسيلة تخزين أو نقل إلكترونية يمكن ضمان أمانها بنسبة 100%.
الاحتفاظ بالبيانات والحذف
الملفات وسجل التنزيلات المحلي تبقى على جهاز المستخدم إلى أن يحذفها المستخدم أو يمسح بيانات التطبيق أو يزيل التطبيق. أما السجلات التقنية الخاصة بالخدمة، إن وُجدت، فيتم الاحتفاظ بها فقط للمدة اللازمة لأغراض التشغيل والأمان ثم حذفها أو تدويرها وفق إعدادات البنية التقنية المستخدمة.
الأطفال
موفو ليس مصممًا خصيصًا للأطفال، ولا نطلب من المستخدم إدخال اسمه أو رقم هاتفه أو إنشاء حساب لاستخدام الوظائف الأساسية.
التغييرات على هذه السياسة
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة عند تغيير وظائف التطبيق أو الخدمات التقنية المستخدمة. سيتم نشر أحدث نسخة في هذه الصفحة مع تحديث تاريخ المراجعة.

This Privacy Policy explains how Movo, provided by Movo Apps, handles data when you use the app. Movo does not require an account for its core features.
Links submitted by users
When a user chooses to analyze a supported public link, that link is sent to the processing service required to complete the request and identify available media and download options. We do not use submitted links to build personal profiles or sell them to third parties.
Technical and network data
When you connect to Movo services, ordinary technical data associated with internet requests may be processed, such as IP address, request time, device or operating-system information, and other data needed to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and prevent abuse of the service. Hosting systems may keep technical logs for a limited period for these purposes.
Files and downloads
Files selected for download are stored on the user's device according to Android settings and permissions granted by the user. The app may keep a local download history for convenient access. Movo Apps does not upload a user's local video library to its servers merely to display it inside the app.
Permissions
Movo requests only permissions needed for features available in the installed version, such as saving or accessing files selected by the user when Android requires it. Permissions can be managed from device settings.
Third-party services
The app may rely on third-party technical services needed for operation, such as hosting, Android, or Google Play services. Those providers may process technical data under their own privacy policies. Movo Apps does not sell users' personal data.
Content and intellectual property
Movo is a technical tool for public links that users choose to submit. Movo does not host the original content published on third-party platforms, does not claim ownership of that content, and does not grant rights in content the user does not own.
Users are responsible for ensuring they have the necessary rights or permission to access, download, save, or share content and for complying with intellectual-property rights, platform terms, and applicable law. Movo must not be used to infringe the rights of others or to circumvent legal or technical restrictions.
Security
We use reasonable technical measures to protect the service and reduce abuse. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.
Data retention and deletion
Downloaded files and local download history remain on the user's device until the user deletes them, clears app data, or uninstalls the app. Service-side technical logs, if any, are retained only as long as necessary for operation and security and are then deleted or rotated according to the technical infrastructure in use.
Children
Movo is not specifically designed for children, and users are not required to provide a name, phone number, or account to use the core features.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when app features or technical services change. The latest version will be published on this page with an updated revision date.
